HRMAX™ is the result of a multi-year partnership between Mr. Alex Joannides, a Canadian Tire Associate Dealer, and Datametrix, a Canadian IT firm.

Mr. Joannides came to Canadian Tire in 2002 after owning two Grand & Toy locations in Ottawa and being awarded with 'National Store of the Year' in 2000.  Mr. Joannides brings extensive retail theory and lessons learned in practice to the tools used in HRMAX.

Datmetrix is a growing Canadian IT firm, highly regarded for delivering leading-edge Web2.0 seminars globally.
